The most authentic and luxurious hunting method in Spain is the so called “Ojeo“. A real challenge for shooters. The destinations offer an extensive variety of drives with very difficult shoots. Wild sceneries with up to 2.000 birds in a day and always with the most luxurious organization. A real Spanish experience.

These traditional driven partridge shoots are organized for groups of up to 12 guns, with an anticipated bag of 500 partridges per day over several drives. Each gun is provided with their own loader (guns can be rent) and a “secretario”. The beating team will try to ensure that a high amount of partridges fly over the pegs each day, with varying levels of difficulty, height and speed, in line with the group’s ability. The shoots are famous for its “tapas” (light refreshments) served during the day as well as a superb meal in the main house at the end of the day.

Season starts in October and runs until end of March; it is possible to shoot 7 days a week. Spain offers a very pleasant weather during the whole hunting season, with average temperatures between 10 ºC to 20 ºC.

The dove we pursue in Argentina is the fast flying cousin of North America’s Mourning dove—the bird that made “dove hunting” popular. The rolling hills, dry creek beds and narrow valleys make any type of hunting scenario possible. If you want to hit a lot of doves, we will put you in productive spots. If you prefer a few hours of the most challenging hunting you can imagine, we have spots for that too! There are millions and millions of doves, because there is a fantastic habitat.

Argentina and Uruguay offer a buffet of duck species and some of the most beautiful ducks in the world. There are several types of teal, including a slightly larger version of the cinnamon teal. Also, two types of pintails: the white-cheeked or Bahama pintail that many find to be the most attractive of all the ducks, and the yellow-billed pintail. In addition, you’ll find wigeon, whistling ducks, shovelers, and the rosy-billed pochard—a big, dark duck that flies like a mallard and decoys like a canvasback. Typical duck hunting trips include as few as five or as many as thirteen duck species. Our lodges are located in areas where ducks thrive, with acres upon acres of secluded wetlands plus corn, soybeans and sorghum fields.

When you come duck hunting at one of our lodges, you’ll experience a variety of hunting scenarios, and most of them will be familiar to the traditional waterfowler. From large ponds to small lagoons, to wide spots in small channels, we’ll take you where the ducks are. Sometimes this requires a short walk, or a quick trip by boat, tractor, truck or ATV. But in all cases, the ducks are accessible for hunters of all ages and experiences.

The red deer (Cervus elaphus) is one of the most relevant and popular big-game species in Argentina and Chile. While it is a non-native animal that was introduced in the late 1800s, the Red Deer or Red Stag spread rapidly after introduction and today Argentina and Chile boast the biggest herds in the world!

Red Stags thrive in two main habitats: the brush country of south-central Argentina (primarily in La Pampa and San Luis provinces) and the beautiful Andes region of northern Patagonia.

Hunting in northern Patagonia is very similar to elk hunting in the Rockies, where hiking and horse backing is the norm. The best time of the year to chase big bulls is during the peak of the rut, which is usually between mid-March and mid-April.

Northern Patagonia offers the possibility of combining red deer hunting with great trout fishing. The best stag country is crisscrossed by some of the best trout streams in South America. This is a great option for a non-hunting partner. There are also plenty of huge wild boars in the area.

In order to access the best areas at the right time, it is very important to book your hunt well in advance. It is advisable to make reservations at least 1 year prior to the scheduled trip.

We offer the very best destinations for well organised driven shoots for pheasants and ducks. We have first class districts, where groups of 5 – 12 shooters can bag up to 1,000 pheasants or 500 ducks during a single day, while staying in a luxurious hunting lodge.
At the other end of the scale we can offer rough shooting for smaller groups, with an expected return of 10 – 40 pieces of game per day. On these shoots you mainly shoot pheasants, ducks, pigeons and hares.

Shooting in Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia or the Czech Republic means driven pheasant shooting at its best. These former Eastern Bloc countries have a long tradition in game management. Driven pheasant shoots have been raised there to a very high level of perfection.
Driven pheasant shooting means far more than just seeing large numbers of perfect-flying birds. Tradition is also very important here. After each shooting day, the shot birds are arranged in front of the estate and a traditional fire is lighted at each corner while the staff gives a final trumpet salute to the game. There is a genuine touch of the old world and type of hunting that every sportsman should experience.
